For LED screen of permanent installation for outdoor billboard, brightness always matters when showing messages in the sun to people. To raise up the brightness of outdoor led screen billboard, this series use higher scan, such as 1/8 scan for P3.91 and 1/7 scan for P4.81. So, the brightness of this series can be up to 20%-30% higher than the one available in the market.
